Return Policy

We hope you love our clothing.  All our designs have been handcrafted and custom designed. Please be careful when selecting and ordering any item. Currently we have return and refund policy valid only within Nepal. We cannot refund the amount purchased or take back the return goods outside of Nepal.

For international shipping

1. Goods once sold outside of Nepal cannot be returned back nor can we refund the amount purchased. Please be careful when selecting and ordering the proper sizes, colours and designs of the clothing. 

2. Only in case the package did not reach the destination address provided by the customer within the estimated date, refund can be made.

For shipping within Nepal

1. Currently we have return and refund policy valid only within 1 week of delivery within Nepal.

2. To get the refund, 

   a) The customer has to return the item purchased.

   b) The customer has to provide enough evidence like wrong size or colour or item sent than the actual ordered one.

   c) Tags intact with the item should remain as it is.

   d) The clothing item should not have been changed or washed or worn for long time.
